In simple shapes (asana) designed for you to connect with your body, we move to a curated playlist in a gentle moving meditation. This is a space that allows you to let go. Be lulled into a deeper consciousness; feel more connection to your body, mind, the moon and all the planet bodies of the cosmos. All ability levels and experiences welcome.
